In March 1990, Jean-Luc Tinguely and Olivier Glasson joined forces with the idea of modernizing the control of production machines using the latest computer technology. This was the birth of Infoteam Informatique Technique, the first company of what would later become the Infoteam Group.

Infoteam has always been committed to providing quality services, which is why, in 1999, management processes framed by the ISO 9001 standar d were put in place.

The creation of the departments was the logical response to Infoteam Informatique Technique's natural growth. It was with the conviction that small teams are much more agile and better adapted to technological developments and the changing needs of its clients that Infoteam Informatique Technique created its departments: Automation & MES Solutions, Software Solutions, Energy Solutions and IT Services for Enterprises.

Infoteam Group acquires the company MC-Monitoring. This company, which specializes in solutions and services for the monitoring of rotating machines, is one of the leaders in its field and sells its pr oducts worldwide.

In order to be closer to its clients operating in this region, Infoteam Informatique Technique opened an office in Lausanne. The team occupying these premises is specialized in the fields of technical IT and mainly serves clients in the electricity sector.

In June 2013, the Infoteam Informatique Technique and MC-Monitoring teams moved to Givisiez (FR), where a new building has been constructed with the aim of offering the clients pleasant reception areas and providing employees with a work environment that stimulates creativity and c ollaboration.

With this company, which specializes in the ERP solutions Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and M icrofost Dynamics NAV, the group is banking on a futur e of digitalization.

As a result of Energy Solutions department’s expansion, Elvexys is a multidisciplinary engineering company specialized in da ta management, IEC 61850 e xpertise and industrial I oT.

This anniversary confirms the group's enhancement and the development of its entities.

The Infoteam Group has sold Elvexys to CONDIS, a world leader in products and solutions for high voltage applications.

The Microsoft Dynamic 365 Business Central activities of the Swiss subsidiary of the international sa.global group are transferred to ERPXperts SA.

ERPXperts and the Infoteam Digital department merge to become Infoteam Business Solutions, bringing together expertise in digitalization and business solutions. At the same time, the Infoteam Automation department becomes an independent entity under the name Infoteam Automation SA.
