Infoteam Group announced today that an agreement has been signed to sell the Elvexys company to CONDIS, a world leader in products and solutions for high-voltage applications.
This transaction represents a new step in the group's strategic orientation towards the development of its strategic activities with high growth potential: digitalisation and industry 4.0 on the one hand and monitoring in energy production on the other.
